I spent a month with in-house over the summer of 2015.

Do you think your experience at Amplify increased your employability?

The institutional roles in which I interviewed for were fully aware of Amplify and the quality of training that I received so it acted as a great catalyst to discuss throughout the interview process. Recruiters were particularly interested in my first hand trading experience which gave me a distinct advantage when applying for roles.

How would you summarise what you learned?

The content of the internship gave me the ability and confidence to talk about key market themes and central bank policies, while gaining a better insight into how the financial industry works.
